❓What pages are included in the Luxe Website Glow Up?
The package includes six key pages essential for a cohesive online presence: Home, About, Work With Me, Contact, Blog Collection, Single Blog Post.

For clarity, the Luxe Website Glow Up Experience does not include:
• Brand design
• Done-for-you copywriting
• Blog uploads

Additional pages, brand design, done-for-you copywriting, and blog uploads can be added for an additional fee.

❓What do I need to prepare before the process begins?
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, you’ll need to:

• Book your Kick-Off session
• Sign the contract before your Kick-Off Session.
• Complete the Luxe Brand Blueprint™ intake form.
• Share finalized brand assets (logo, color palette, and fonts).
• Submit fully written and edited website copy.
• Send any brand images or media you want included on the site.

These materials must be submitted no later than 7 days before your Glow Up Experience begins.

❓What happens if I can’t meet the 7-day submission deadline?
If the required materials are not submitted on time, your Website Glow Up Experience will need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

❓What’s the purpose of the Luxe Brand Blueprint™?
The intake form uncovers the heart of and brings clarity to your business/brand—your mission, goals, and unique energy. It provides the foundation for tailoring your website and ensures your refreshed visuals reflect your essence.

❓When is the Blueprint and content due?
The Luxe Brand Blueprint™ as well as your brand assets, image/media assets, and website copy (fully written and edited) must be completed and submitted at least 7 days before your Luxe Website Glow Up begins. This gives me ample time to review your responses and materials to prepare for our Kick-Off session that takes place 5 days before your Experience begins.

If the material is not submitted on time, your session may need to be rescheduled, which could delay the timeline for your website creation and launch and rescheduling may incur a fee to cover administrative costs.

❓How often are Luxe Glow Up Experiences available?
I take on one Luxe Glow Up Experience project per month, starting on the 2nd Monday of each month. Kick-Off Sessions are held the Wednesday before (5 days prior). Availability is first-come, first-serve, and my next opening is in January 2025. This allows me to give your project my undivided attention.

❓What’s the purpose of the Kick-Off Session?
The Kick-Off Session is a collaborative call held 5 days before your Luxe Glow Up Experience begins. It’s designed to review your materials, clarify your vision, and ensure we’re aligned before your project officially starts.

❓Why is this priced at such an exceptional value?
This exceptional value is made possible by the opportunity to repurpose the unbranded website layout (excluding your unique branding, images, and copy) in the Infinity Brand Design Shop. The layout and structure of the completed website (excluding your unique branding, copy, and images) may be repurposed as a template in the Infinity Brand Design Shop. Your logo, colors, fonts, and imagery will remain exclusive to your site, ensuring it stays unique to your brand.

This approach allows me to offer a fully custom-designed website at an exceptional value, while making high-quality design accessible to other entrepreneurs.

❓How soon will my Luxe Website Glow Up be completed?
Your website will typically be completed within 2 weeks of your Luxe Website Glow Up Experience start date, depending on how quickly you submit the required materials and feedback.

❓Who is the Luxe Website Glow Up for?
This package is ideal for soulful entrepreneurs who want a custom-designed website that reflects their unique vision, creates meaningful connections with their audience, and simplifies the process of elevating their online presence.

❓Does the Luxe Website Glow Up include copywriting?
No, this package does not include copywriting. You’ll need to provide finalized website copy before work begins. However, you’ll receive access to my Website Copy Kit to help you craft your messaging.

❓How will feedback and revisions work during the process?
You’ll have opportunities to review and provide feedback throughout the process to ensure the final design aligns with your vision. Timely feedback will help keep the project on track and meet the agreed timeline.

Once your homepage has been designed, it will be shared with you for your feedback. This will set the stage for the design of the rest of your site. With your approval for the homepage, we move forward to design the remaining pages with reviews all along the way.

❓Will I be able to make changes to my website myself after our project is complete?
Absolutely! Your website is built in Showit, a user-friendly platform that makes it easy for you to update and edit your site as your business evolves. Showit also utilizes the power of Wordpress blogging with the benefits of ease of use by designing within Showit.

❓Is the Luxe Website Glow Up refundable?
The Luxe Website Glow Up is a non-refundable investment due to the custom nature of the design work. If you need to adjust timelines or reschedule, I’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.

After purchase, you will find a link to download a PDF which gives you access to the Website Copy Kit and schedule your Luxe Website Glow Up Experience with Barb Pritchard of Infinity Brand Design. The PDF is delivered digitally through Shopify and available immediately after purchase. Just click the blue "Download now" button.

Additionally, a download link to access your purchase will be delivered to you via email through the email address you provided in your order.
