You’ll receive a beautifully refined Brand Board tailored with your logo, personalized color palette, and typography selections, plus two clarity sessions that will help you uncover your brand attributes and refine your Soul Client Persona. ❓What’s the purpose of the clarity sessions?
The two clarity sessions provide an immersive, collaborative approach to uncover your brand’s magic and unique positioning. They replace the intake form, giving us time to explore your vision and ensure your brand speaks directly to your soul clients.

❓How long does each clarity session take?
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is conducted via Zoom. These sessions are designed to provide clarity, inspiration, and actionable insights to guide your brand refresh.

❓What do I need to prepare before the process begins?
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, you’ll need to:

• Book your Kick-Off session
• Sign the contract before your Kick-Off Session.

The signed contract must be submitted no later than 7 days before your Glow Up Experience begins.

❓What happens if I can’t meet the 7-day submission deadline?
If the required materials are not submitted on time, your Brand Glow Up Experience will need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

❓Who is the VIP Luxe Brand Glow Up for?

❓Does the Luxe Brand Glow Up include a custom logo design?
No, this package does not include a custom logo design. It focuses on refining a professional, pre-designed Brand Board from our existing collection to align with your brand’s energy. It does not include full custom logo or branding design, which are part of our $5,000+ packages.

Our Brand Boards provide a strong foundation, but your final design is uniquely yours. Through tailored refinements—like adjusting colors and typography—we ensure your Brand Board reflects your unique energy and aesthetic.

❓How often are Glow Up Experiences available?
I take on one Glow Up Experience project per month, starting on the 2nd Monday of each month. Kick-Off Sessions are held the Wednesday before (5 days prior). Availability is first-come, first-serve, and my next opening is in January 2025. This allows me to give your project my undivided attention.

❓What’s the purpose of the Kick-Off Session?
The Kick-Off Session is a collaborative call held 5 days before your Glow Up Experience begins. It’s designed to review your materials, clarify your vision, and ensure we’re aligned before your project officially starts.

❓How will feedback and revisions work during the process?
You’ll have opportunities to review and provide feedback throughout the process to ensure the final design aligns with your vision. Timely feedback will help keep the project on track and meet the agreed timeline.

❓How soon will my VIP Luxe Brand Glow Up Experience be completed?
Your VIP Luxe Brand Glow Up will typically be completed within 2 weeks after your first clarity session, depending on how close together you book all 3 one-on-one sessions.

❓Is the VIP Luxe Brand Glow Up Experience refundable?
The VIP Luxe Brand Glow Up Experience is a non-refundable investment due to the time and preparation involved in tailoring your experience. However, if you need to reschedule your clarity sessions, I’ll do my best to accommodate and find a time that works for you.

After purchase, you will find a link to download a PDF which gives you access to schedule your Luxe Brand Blueprint™ Session, which kicks off your VIP Luxe Brand Glow Up Experience with Barb Pritchard of Infinity Brand Design.
